We are a nonprofit organization inspired to empower and enhance the lives of women.

Through Awareness, Education and Creativity, we provide Mind, Body, Spirit Support for Women

Our mission is to host seminars, workshops, and support programs to inspire and empower women on their journey.

This Art was created by the beautiful ladies at the September 2011 HUGS from the HeART program.
